My short visit to Iceland was lacking wildlife but ended up being rich in sunshine and stunning landscapes.

Driving from the airport the landscape seemed dull, brown and grey at first glance but suddenly the scenery began to change and one beautiful scene after the other opened up. Sometimes looking like something out of a fairy tale.
